ONTARIO CITY COUNCIL DISTRICT 3
A Lifetime of Service. A Commitment to Ontario.
REGISTERED NURSE • COMBAT VETERAN
MEET LARRY — FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25
6:30–8:00 PM · 2828 S Colonial Ave Ontario Ca 91761
Come say hello. No program, no ticket, no cost, just a chance to meet, ask questions, and tell me what you're seeing in your neighborhood. Bring a neighbor.
Traffic on our streets, how fast District 3 is growing, safety where you live, whatever's on your mind, I want to hear it directly.
This race is won with yard signs, mailers and shoe leather.
Every dollar goes to reaching District 3 voters before ballots land in early October.
Prefer to write a check? Make it payable to Trinidad for Ontario City Council 2026 and mail it to 1555 E. Holt Blvd #3485, Ontario, CA 91761. For contributions of $100 or more we report the name, address, occupation and employer, as the law requires.
Ontario isn’t just where I live. It’s home.
I’ve spent much of my life serving others — as a soldier, a Registered Nurse, a coach, a husband and father of three, and a member of this community. But no matter where that service has taken me, Ontario has always been the place I come home to.
This is where my family has built our life. It’s where my children are growing up, where I’ve coached our kids, served our community, and watched our city change over the years.
Now I’m ready to serve the city that has given my family so much.
WHY I’M RUNNING
I KNOW THIS CITY.
Ontario is where my family and I have built our life. I’ve served this community, coached our kids, and spent years listening to the people who call it home.
I KNOW SERVICE.
From serving our country in the Army to caring for Veterans as a Registered Nurse and serving in our community, service has shaped who I am and how I lead.
DISTRICT 3 DESERVES A VOICE OF ITS OWN.
District 3 is growing, and the decisions we make today will shape what our community looks like for years to come. I’m running to make sure the people who live here have a strong voice in those decisions.
PRIORITIES FOR DISTRICT 3
Where I’ll start on day one.
STANDING WITH OUR POLICE AND FIREFIGHTERS
Safe streets start with police and firefighters who are staffed, paid and equipped for a city this size. I’ll fund public safety first, not last, and hold the city to response times residents can count on.
MAKING IT AFFORDABLE TO LIVE HERE
The city doesn’t set the price of groceries, but it does set utility rates, fees and its own spending. I’ll push to hold rates down and show residents exactly where their money goes.
WAREHOUSES AND TRUCK TRAFFIC
No new warehouses next to homes and schools, and truck routes that actually get enforced. Growth should stop at our neighborhoods’ front doors, not roll through them.

SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN PART OF MY LIFE.
My life has been shaped by service — to my country, my community, and most importantly, my family. As a Combat Veteran and Registered Nurse, I’ve spent much of my life serving others. Those experiences have taught me that leadership means listening, showing up, and taking responsibility for the people who depend on you.
BE PART OF WHAT’S NEXT
This campaign is about our community and the people who call it home. I’m asking you to be part of what comes next. Together, we can give District 3 a strong voice and help make sure Ontario remains a place where families can build their future.
LEADERSHIP STARTS WITH LISTENING
I don’t believe leadership means having all the answers. It means listening to the people you serve, asking the right questions, and being willing to act.
District 3 residents should have a real voice in the decisions that affect their neighborhoods. I will be accessible, hear concerns directly from residents, and make sure people know their voice matters at City Hall.
GET INVOLVED
This campaign is about neighbors coming together for the future of our community. Whether you want to volunteer, share an idea, host a neighborhood conversation, or simply stay connected, I’d be honored to have you be part of it.
“Public service should always be about the people you serve.”
